Together we dive into your current health and lifestyle to identify where changes can be made that are aligned with your wellness and life goals. We talk not only about physical health, but the health of your WHOLE being. I help you to develop a nourishing self-care practice including a diet that works for you, meditation, movement and more. We work on reframing any limiting beliefs that come up about your health and life in general, so that you can move closer toward your goals.
I will hold space for you to get out of your own way. Some of the tools I use in this work are journaling, meditation, breath work, aligned goal setting, vision boarding, movement, play, and art. We will talk about your life, behaviors, habits, goals, physical and emotional health, wherever you need to go.
